To provide the required acids and alkalis needed for food processing, and it is mainly used in hydrolysis, neutralization, antifoaming, and filtration, adsorption and removal of other impurities in the food processing course. Although there is no limitation for the dosages of these chemicals, it shall be neutralized or removed before final food finished.
